HSA announces new leases at Park 355
Tim Thompson, executive vice president and managing director of HSA Commercial Real Estate's industrial brokerage division, has announced two new leases at the firm's recently developed Park 355 located at 2145 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, Ill.
These new leases bring the 254,000-square-foot industrial facility to an 80 percent occupancy rate.
Highway Distribution Systems leased 57,525 square feet of space to be used for warehousing and distribution. In business since 1935, Highway Distribution Systems provides logistic and distribution services to the magazine, periodical, book and printing industries. The firm was represented in this transaction by Ben Cremer and Michael Robbins of Champion Realty Advisors, LLC, represented the Village.
In the above transactions, Chuck Canale of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, the project's leasing agent, worked with HSA's Tim Thompson in negotiating the terms of the leases for ownership.
Park 355 is ideally located along the new Interstate 355 extension in Will County, with high visibility on 33 acres. 2145 International Parkway is the first phase of this HSA-developed park, which will include another speculative or build-to-suit facility as large as 350,000 square feet.
