NAI Welsh arranges leases for two Minnesota businesses

NAI Welsh has arranged a five-year lease extension and an eight-year lease for two Minnesota business.

NAI Welsh's vice president Eric Rapp represented MSP Development Co., the landlord, in a five-year office lease extension for Goodwill in Roseville, Minn., for the 21,047-square-foot building located at at 1627 Co. Rd. B.

Senior associate Rob Brass represented Rainbow Tree Co., the tenant, in an eight-year lease for the 30,845-square-foot Encore Park C in Minnetonka, Minn. The building, leased from Hoyt Properties, Inc., is located at 11571 K-Tel Dr.
