NAI Welsh completes Plymouth, Minn., property lease

NAI Welsh has completed a seven-year lease on a commercially leased property in Plymouth, Minn. Vice president Dan Friedner represented Engineered Aerocoustics, Inc., in the lease from Turnstone Niagara, LLC.

The seven year, 35,704-square-foot lease, is in a building featuring infrared heating with blowers over the loading doors and space for an additional two loading docks.

The building was constructed in 1975 on an almost four acre property.
