by Walter KovacsMinnesota | | Lexington Preserve Business Park | CSM Corp., has leased 92,300 square feet of office, research and development space at their Lexington Preserve Business Park in Blaine, Minn. to PTC. NAI Welsh's Dan Friedner and Jay Chmieleski represented CSM and John Boyle of DTZ FHO Partners, along with Peter Dufour of Colliers International, represented PTC. PTC will move 300 employees into the building by late summer 2009. The building will be used for PTC research and development professionals as well as administrative, marketing and sales personnel. "Blaine is a wonderful place to do business and the people within the city have been great to work with," Jane Wachutka, division vice president of research and development for PTC, said. "We are very excited about the new office building and the opportunities it presents for us." Lexington Park, currently with over 370,000 square feet of property built, has the capacity for an additional 460,000 square feet. The new office building PTC will move into, with SmithGroup handling tenant improvement design and RJ Ryan as the general contractor, will be similar to CSM's existing Phase II building on the property.
