NorthMarq facilitates Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Finance Corp. building purchase

NorthMarq facilitated the purchase of a retail/office building for the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Finance Corp. in Minneapolis for $1.1 million.

NorthMarq's Kevin Peck represented the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Finance Corp. in the purchase. Keller Williams' MayRinda Cain represented the seller, Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

The storefront, constructed in 1925, sits at 1308 E. Franklin Ave. in the Calhoun retail submarket. Catholic Charities plans to lease back 8,000 square feet on the lower level of the 20,000-square-foot building for the next decade.
