NorthMarq facilitates two Baker Technology Plaza leases

NorthMarq's industrial leasing team of Syndey Johnson and Dave Paradise, both senior associates, have secured two new leases for Baker Technology Plaza.

The two leases, one to GA Communications and to Cycle Country, bringing Baker Technology Plaza's occupancy to 90 percent.

GA Communications was represented by Welsh Companies in the signing of a five-year lease for 14,730 square feet of space at Suite 500.

Suite 400 will be occupied by Cycle Country, which was represented by Cushman Wakefield. Cycle Country signed a five-and-a-half-year lease for the 6,369-square-foot suite.
