Keewaydin Real Estate facilitates Minneapolis lease for Target Printing

Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors' Peter Keewaydin represented Target Printing, the in-housing printing division of the Target Group, in a six-year lease for a manufacturing building in Minneapolis.

Target Printing's lease is for 86,941 square feet of the building located at 9210 Wyoming Ave. N. The property features access to Highway 169, Highway 610 and I-694.

The 213,734-square-foot building, built in the Crosstown Business Center in 1996, is owned by Duke Realty Corp., which was represented in-house by Scott Moe.
