Retail condominium to replace closed restaurant in Maple Grove, Minn.

The shuttered Bakers Square in Maple Grove is set to become a 30,300-square-foot retail condominium. Arrow Contracting Inc., is the developer on the project, dubbed Lifestyle Commons.

The Maple Grove Planning Commission approved the development stage plan for Lifestyle Commons in a unanimous vote on April 27.

Lifestyle Commons will be a three-storefront condominium development with Maple Grove Cycling, Dave's Sports Shop and Simonson's Salon and Day Spa signed to letters of intent. Purchase agreements will be signed pending approval of the project.
