Two sign leases for Rand Tower office space

The Rand Tower
Knoa Software and IKON Office Solutions have signed leases at Rand Tower in Minneapolis, Minn.

Hempel Properties' leasing team of Brent Jacobson and Ben Krsnak secured the leases.

Mike Honsa of Equity Transwestern represented Knoa Software in its lease of 3,260 square feet and Emily Nicoll of CB Richard Ellis represented IKON in leasing 3,807 square feet.

Rand Tower is a 26-story, 150,000-square-foot office building with small floor plates, abundant window areas and skyline views. The skyway retail area at Rand Tower includes Caribou Coffee, Potbelly's, Rand Deli, Sushi Dynasty, Appearances Salon, and Source One Credit Union.
