Grubb & Ellis facilitates Edina, Minn., office space lease for Risk Placement Services, Inc.

Grubb & Ellis represented Risk Placement Services, Inc., in the signing of a lease for space Office Corporate Center III in Edina, Minn.

Grubb & Ellis' Heather Alderink facilitated the lease for Risk Placement Services, Inc., which lease 5,977 square feet of space at the building. Hempel Properties's leasing team of Brent Jacobson and Ben Krsnak represented Hempel, owner of the building, in the deal.

Hempel bought One Corporate Center III in the first quarter of 2007 from Urdang Capital Management. The 112,000-square-foot, class B building was built in 1981.
