by Illinois Real Estate Journal ReportsChicagoMichael Bishop has re-joined UGL Equis as a senior vice president in the Chicago office after three years with Cresa Partners, where he was a managing principal. Previously, Bishop was a senior vice president with UGL Equis from 1999-2006 before leaving the firm to join Cresa. Throughout his 21-year career in brokerage, Bishop has focused exclusively on representing the interests of corporate and industrial space users. He has managed a broad range of transaction types including new office leases, renewals and relocations; build-to-suit analyses for lease or purchase; new industrial leases and renewals, relocations and sale-leasebacks; and strategic planning for large single and multiple national assignments. His deal value in Chicago and the U.S. tops $1.5 billion. Bishop will provide strategic guidance and implementation of tenant focused commercial real estate services while levering UGL Equis' exclusive tenant representation platform in Chicago and its surrounding submarkets.
